Events That Hold Space for Your Becoming

Our events are designed for women and sensitive leaders who are tired of hustling through their healing and hungry for honest, hope-filled conversations about identity, mental wellness, and purpose. Whether we’re hosting, co-creating with partners, or joining as featured guests, every gathering is curated to offer real tools, community connection, and a sense of grounded faith and possibility. Research consistently shows that being part of supportive communities improves mental health, builds resilience, and strengthens a sense of belonging, especially during seasons of change.

On this page you’ll find:
Soul Voice Journeys–hosted events (workshops, conversations, live experiences)
Partnerships and co-hosted gatherings with aligned brands and organisations
Guest features and appearances where we’re invited to teach, speak, or share our story

Explore what’s coming up, choose what resonates with your current season, and join us where you feel called.

Event FAQs

Still wondering if these spaces are for you? Here are some common questions we’re asked about our events and gatherings.

  • Our events are created for leaders, visionaries, and changemakers who feel called to deeper inner work—whether you’re in a season of transition, feeling stuck or burnt out, or simply hungry for more meaning and alignment. You don’t need to “be spiritual enough” or have everything figured out. You just need to be curious, open, and willing to engage with your story.

  • No. Some events are open to everyone, others are member-priority or member-only. Each event listing will clearly indicate who it’s for. If an event is member-only, we’ll also link to membership options so you can decide if that feels right for you.

    • SVJ-hosted events are planned and facilitated by our team. They follow our Identity Intelligence™ approach and are fully under the Soul Voice Journeys umbrella.

    • Partner / co-hosted events are co-created with aligned organisations, churches, communities, or brands. We share responsibility for the experience.

    • Guest appearances are events where another organisation is hosting and we’ve been invited to teach, speak, or be interviewed.

Regardless of format, we only say yes to spaces that honour our values, protect psychological safety, and support mental and emotional wellbeing.

  • Each event card includes a short “This is for you if…” section or bullet points. As a simple guide, ask yourself:

    • Does this speak to what I’m navigating right now?

    • Am I willing to show up honestly, even if quietly?

    • Do I have the capacity (time, energy, finances) to engage well?

If the answer is yes to most of these, it’s likely a good fit. If not, feel free to wait for a future event that aligns more clearly with your season.

  • Yes—many attendees are already working with therapists, coaches, or spiritual directors. Our events are educational and supportive in nature, not a replacement for therapy or medical care. We always encourage you to discuss any intense emotional work with a qualified professional who knows your history and context.

  • Whenever possible, we’ll make replays available for a limited time, especially for online workshops and webinars. Some partner or in-person events may not be recorded due to confidentiality, venue rules, or the nature of the gathering. Each event listing will clearly state whether a recording will be available afterwards.

  • Click the “Learn More” or “Register” button on the event you’re interested in. You’ll either be taken to:

    • A Soul Voice Journeys registration page, or

    • A partner platform (for co-hosted / guest events) where you can complete your booking.

Make sure you use an email address you check regularly so you receive confirmation details and event reminders. Organisers are encouraged to communicate key logistics like start times and parking or access info ahead of the event to reduce stress and confusion for attendees.

  • Our refund and cancellation policies may differ between SVJ-hosted and partner events:

    • For SVJ-hosted events, the standard policy (unless otherwise noted) will be clearly stated at checkout.

    • For partner events, we honour the host organisation’s policy, which will be linked on the registration page.

If something unexpected happens (illness, emergency, etc.), reach out to us via the contact details on your confirmation email and we’ll do our best to support you within those guidelines.

  • Yes. We welcome conversations with churches, schools, organisations, and communities who want to bring Soul Voice Journeys to their people—whether through tailored workshops, retreats, or speaking engagements. Use our Contact page or email us directly to start a conversation about what you’re envisioning.

  • We are committed to making our events as accessible and inclusive as possible. Accessibility details will be included on each event listing (for example: wheelchair access, seating options, online captioning, language of delivery). If you have specific needs or questions, please contact us before the event so we can explore how best to support you.

  • The simplest way is to subscribe to our newsletter. We send thoughtful updates with new events, workshops, and community spaces—without spamming your inbox. You can also follow our official social media channels for announcements and behind-the-scenes glimpses of what we’re creating.
